Visit Guadix, one of Spain's oldest settlements, and explore its unique cave homes. This historic city is full of rich historical and artistic heritage that has been around for centuries.
On this tour, you'll see the Guadix cave neighborhood, its historic landmarks, and the nearby Geopark, home to some of the region’s oldest landscapes. Stops include the Fonelas archaeological site, the Toril irrigation canal, the Gorafe angular unconformity, and Don Diego Point in the Gorafe Desert.
At the Gorafe complex, you'll find ancient dolmens—large stone structures from the Neolithic era. How were these massive stones moved? What were they used for? Join the tour to find out and experience the history of Guadix for yourself.
