Join a guided food tour at the Leith waterfront. Visit places with rich histories and enjoy local specialities.
Start the tour at a local quay-side roastery with coffee and a handmade Danish pastry. Then, have smoked haddock kedgeree in the old waiting room of Teuchtars Landing, where boats from Aberdeen used to dock.
Continue to one of the oldest pubs in Leith for some creamy Cullen Skink (fish soup). See modern revivals of old trades, like local gin and whisky distilling, when you sip gin at a nearby gin joint.
