This walking tour is a great way to get to know Scotland’s capital and includes entry to Edinburgh Castle.

You’ll explore the Old Town on foot, visiting closes, courtyards, and historic streets that many tours can’t reach. Along the way, your guide will share stories of people from Edinburgh’s past, from well-known names like Mary Queen of Scots and Robert Burns to everyday residents who lived and worked here for generations.

As you walk along the Royal Mile, you’ll learn about the city’s history, including events related to royalty, politics, and daily life. You’ll also stop at landmarks that still stand today.

At the end of the tour, your guide will take you into Edinburgh Castle — no need to wait in line. You’ll cross the drawbridge and continue exploring the city’s history from inside its most famous site.
