Chug across beautiful bridges, and watch idyllic forests, gorges, and mountain lakes pass you by through the window of the Gornergrat train, as you climb over 3,000 meters from Zermatt with Gornergrat Bahn tickets.
The magnificent Matterhorn is always in view along the Gornergrat Bahn railway, and at the summit the Swiss Alps are truly stunning.
The Gornergrat is surrounded by 4,000-meter peaks, including the Dufourspitze at a dizzying altitude of 4,634 meters. There's also the Gorner Glacier, the third-largest glacier in the Alps.
