Cologne Cathedral: Guided VR Experience
About this experience
Explore the history of Cologne Cathedral on a guided virtual-reality tour. During the 60-minute experience, use a VR headset at five locations around the cathedral to see how it changed over more than 700 years.
Learn about the cathedral's construction in the Middle Ages, its stages of development, and key historical events that shaped the site.
The guided tour provides historical context while the virtual reality recreates how the cathedral and its surroundings looked in different periods.
The experience combines guided commentary with 360° virtual reconstructions, allowing you to compare the cathedral's present-day appearance with its past.

HMBotel notes for choosing your ticket
Compare the inclusions above with your plans: admission, a guided visit and a combination ticket may cover different services. The venue name alone is not enough to compare them.
Check the meeting point and arrival instructions before adding another activity. The displayed duration describes the activity; plan travel from your hotel and your return separately.
Booking and payment take place with Tiqets. On that final page, confirm the date, participants, visit language, final price and cancellation rules; an indicative HMBotel price is not a guarantee of availability.
