Venice: Street Food Tour and Tastings with a Local Guide
About this experience
Venice food tours are the ultimate way to experience the city and you can enjoy an authentic taste of Venice with a visit to its bacari.
Bacari (or bacaro if it's singular) are the traditional osterias in the lagoon. Decorated in a simple and warm fashion, and filled with the aroma of freshly cooked favorites, your mouth will be watering before you even see the inside of one.
**This bacaro tour takes you to small downtown bars that will unveil one of the most vivid culinary traditions in Veneto.**
Dive into the genuine and friendly lagoon mood and join the locals for a lively aperitivo where you can taste wines and tuck into local gourmet snacks (cicchetti) along the Cannareggio canal.
Aperitivo is a must in Italy, but you'll find the best spritz in Venice. Plus, you can pair it with small plates of meatballs, fish, vegetables, toasted bread with toppings, deep-fried delicacies, and skewers.

HMBotel notes for choosing your ticket
Compare the inclusions above with your plans: admission, a guided visit and a combination ticket may cover different services. The venue name alone is not enough to compare them.
Check the meeting point and arrival instructions before adding another activity. The displayed duration describes the activity; plan travel from your hotel and your return separately.
Booking and payment take place with Tiqets. On that final page, confirm the date, participants, visit language, final price and cancellation rules; an indicative HMBotel price is not a guarantee of availability.
