Set sail on a serene and romantic adventure from the historic port of Fira at 15:30, aboard a charming wooden sailing boat. In just a swift 10-minute voyage, the boat arrives at Nea Kameni's quaint port, home to an active volcano. Here, guests can spend a captivating 1 hour and 15 minutes exploring the untamed landscape with its diverse volcanic rocks and the active craters spewing wisps of smoke and the sharp scent of sulfur.
The journey continues in the direction of the Palaia Kameni island, known for its therapeutic hot springs. Nestled in the snug bay of Agios Nikolaos, the water maintains a soothing temperature of 30-35 degrees Celsius, continually blending with the refreshing seawater. The boat lingers for a delightful 30 minutes, ample time to immerse oneself in this unique experience. There's no beach, but the thrill comes from descending a boat ladder into the warm sea and swimming about 30 meters into the bay's heart, where calming mud baths await.
