Enjoy a day filled with activity on this guided roundtrip tour from Toledo to Madrid.
Take in the scenery between cities during a scenic ride on an air-conditioned coach, then follow a local guide through Toledo and its multi-cultural heritage. Once Spain’s capital, the city is a blend of Arab, Jewish, and Christian influence and this mixed legacy continues to influence current architecture.
See the epitome of each culture with a visit to the Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes, the Synagogue of Santa Maria la Blanca, and the Church of Santo Tomé, the home of El Greco's _Burial of the Count of Orgaz_.
After seeing the city’s architectural wonders, enjoy an hour of free time in Toledo. Some Tapas, mayhaps? After you’ve recharged, get ready for a guided visit of the Cathedral of Toledo, one of the finest examples of Gothic architecture in Spain.
