HMBotel is a discovery and referral platform. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, the connected activity, restaurant, transport or ticket provider is the seller and remains responsible for availability, the booking contract, performance, cancellations, refunds and after-sales service. The provider’s terms and final price are displayed before purchase.
1. Strictly necessary storage
HMBotel uses security tokens, language, session and interface preferences needed to authenticate users, preserve the requested journey and protect the service. These functions cannot be disabled through the consent interface when they are strictly necessary, but can be removed through browser controls by signing out or clearing site data.
2. Optional analytics or advertising
Non-essential audience measurement, advertising or cross-site tracking must remain disabled until the user makes a clear choice where consent is required. HMBotel’s terms checkbox is never used as cookie consent. Refusal must be as easy as acceptance.
3. Change your choice
A cookie-settings control must be available wherever optional trackers are activated. Withdrawal takes effect for future tracking. Browser settings can also delete existing cookies, although this may sign the user out.
4. Current inventory
The production operator must maintain a current list of cookie or storage names, provider, purpose, duration and category in the consent manager. New non-essential tools may not be enabled until the inventory and consent configuration are updated.
