HMBotel is a discovery and referral platform. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, the connected activity, restaurant, transport or ticket provider is the seller and remains responsible for availability, the booking contract, performance, cancellations, refunds and after-sales service. The provider’s terms and final price are displayed before purchase.
1. Purpose
The hotel authorizes HMBotel to provide branded discovery campaigns for its guests. HMBotel supplies the platform, tracking, provider connections, reporting and eligible commission ledger. The agreement is non-exclusive unless a signed commercial schedule states otherwise.
2. Account and activation
Registration creates a protected partner account but does not automatically approve a property. The hotel supplies accurate legal, contact, location, branding and payout information. Public campaigns can be activated only for an approved hotel and by an authorized account.
4. Attribution and eligibility
A booking is eligible when the provider reports it, the booking is attributable to an active hotel campaign through HMBotel tracking, the provider pays the related commission and no exclusion for fraud, self-referral, duplicate attribution, cancellation or refund applies. Provider reporting is the source of truth for booking status and commission amount.
5. Statements and payout
Partner Studio separates pending, confirmed, payable, paid and reversed entries. Payout timing, threshold, currency, bank details and invoicing treatment are those displayed in the finance workspace or in the hotel’s signed commercial schedule. No amount becomes payable before HMBotel receives and validates the underlying commission.
6. Hotel responsibilities
- Use campaigns lawfully and avoid misleading booking or revenue claims.
- Obtain guest permissions where the hotel contributes personal data.
- Keep property, team and payout details accurate.
- Do not manipulate clicks, bookings, attribution or commission.
- Respect HMBotel and provider trademarks and materials.
7. Data and security
Each party acts under its own privacy obligations for data it independently controls. Specific data-processing terms apply if one party processes personal data solely on behalf of the other. Partner and traveler identities remain strictly isolated. Credentials and private provider data must not be shared.
8. Duration, suspension and termination
The agreement starts when HMBotel approves the partner account or when a commercial schedule is signed. Either party may terminate in accordance with that schedule or, if none is stated, on reasonable written notice. HMBotel may immediately suspend fraud, security abuse, unlawful content or material breach. Validated amounts accrued before termination remain handled under the finance ledger, subject to later provider reversals.
9. Availability and liability
HMBotel does not guarantee a minimum number of bookings or revenue. Each party remains responsible for its own conduct, content, staff and legal obligations. Indirect losses are excluded to the extent permitted by law; mandatory liability remains unaffected.
10. Contract documents and contact
